**Sales Negotiator - Low Fell - Up to £23,000 OTE’s £30,000**

Ambitious Group are working with one the longest established and leading independent Estate Agents in Newcastle, to help them secure a new Sales Negotiator.

Based in Wickham, you will be responsible for Selling a wide variety of properties across the Low fell area. You’ll be provided with some great benefits such as a generous commission structure and a bespoke training programme to really see your career excel.

This is a superb opportunity for someone who is currently working in Residential Sales where you will be joining an organisation with endless opportunities. This firm is already well established but with aspirational growth plans and are excitedly preparing for the challenge and hard work ahead.

**What you will be doing**
- Maintaining authentic relationships with all clientele
- Dealing with Sales progression
- Negotiating offers
- Liaising with Vendors, Buyers and Solicitors
- Vetting potential buyers and arranging viewings
- Negotiating sales
- Assisting advertising properties and proactively sourcing buyers and vendors

**What you will have**
- A minimum of 6 months residential sales experience is essential
- Superb organisation skills
- Full UK driving licence

**What's in it for you**
- Basic salary up to £23,000 DOE
- OTE circa £30,000
- Generous commission structure
- Monday to Friday 08:45am to 5:30pm
- 1 in 2 Saturdays 09:00 - 14:00, with 4 hours off in lieu
