**Salary: £28,000-£32,000**

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to assist the smooth running of a tight knit, friendly team. The role is based within well established, growing organisation that can offer exciting opportunities to learn and progress within the company The role is on the outskirts of Maidstone in a
**newly refurbished, modern office**, with easy access by public transport and with free parking.

**lots of events in their social calendar** too encouraging lots of team building and time for fun with your colleagues

Duties
- Supporting with general administration tasks for projects
- Ad-hoc minute taking
- Managing project files and filing documents
- Dealing with internal and external queries
- Making travel arrangements and organising trips
- Managing office facilities/supplies and ordering stock/equipment as required
- Processing of Invoices and requesting PO's
- Supporting to arrange company events
- Fleet support inc filing vehicle paperwork, highways charges, booking MOTs

**Requirements**:

- Team player with hands on approach to work
- Ability to work to under pressure
- MS Office program experience
- Strong communication and customer service skill set
- Excellent organisation skills
