The day to day duties in your new job would be:
- Maintaining and updating a bookings spreadsheet
- Sending clients appointment details
- Liaising with clients via phone
- Working with external brands, maintaining clear communication
- Providing admin support as required to meet the demands of the business
- Strong administration background
- Confident managing your own time and workload
- The ability to prioritise
- A desire to help others, ensuring customer service is at the heart of everything you do
- Strong IT skills, including MS systems
