A vacancy for a Customer Account Administrator is available to join a successful, innovative engineering business specialising in bespoke items. Based in the Redditch area, you will be joining a small team responsible for managing up to 400 accounts as a team.

**Duties of this Customer Account Administrator include -**
- Responsible for the order management process from start to finish
- Stock management
- Preparing export paperwork
- Ensuring order and schedule timescales are adhered to
- Query handling, delivering excellent customer service

**Any experience of the following would be beneficial -**
- Order processing within manufacturing or engineering
- Understanding of ordering raw materials
- Management of stock to ensure waste is kept to a minimum
- Experience working in bespoke product manufacturing

Office based Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and home-based Friday 8am - 11:30am. Offices based near Redditch/Studley area with free parking available on site. Offering a salary of £23-27,000p/a dependent on experience.
