We have a unique opportunity for a French speaking Customer Service Administrator to join a client in Malton.

Working with a friendly and welcoming team, you can expect a competitive salary around £24,035 plus enjoy benefits such as a discretionary bonus every year, along with excellent training and development opportunities within the business.

We are keen to speak with self-starters, fluent in speaking French and have excellent organisation and attention to detail skills.

Some of the Customer Service Administrator responsibilities are:

- Respond to incoming customer service calls helping with enquiries
- Process and manage orders from receipt through to delivery
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure the appropriate items are in stock and can be sent out in appropriate timescales
- Overcome any difficulties or objections encountered by the customer

This will be working general office hours, Monday to Friday earning a salary of circa £24,035 and an annual bonus based on company performance.
