We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to work within a Rehabilitation Centre based in Scarborough, where no two days are ever the same.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a busy and varied role, working with people and supporting the local community.

You’ll be the first point of contact for people visiting the centre so you should have excellent communication skills, be organised and have excellent attention to detail.
The Office Administrator duties will include:
- Greeting clients on arrival
- Operating a switchboard, answering, forwarding & screening phone calls
- Supporting with initial assessments of clients
- Distributing Medication
- Setting up clients on the system
- Processing discharge reports
- Supporting with the general upkeep of the office including watering plants, keeping stock of supplies
- Speaking to and liaising with external rehabilitation services, GP’s, and chemists
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours from Monday to Friday. Standard office hours are 8.30am-5.30pm however they can be flexible on start times, earning a salary of up to £24,000 depending on experience.
