**The Role**

You'll control and maintain the crew rosters and expiry information from roster publication through to handover to Operations / Crew Control. Working in conjunction with the Operations Control Manager, Crew Planning and Network Planning teams to ensure a safe, productive and resilient crew resource plan is maintained to meet the operational and commercial needs.

**Experience and Knowledge**
- Proven experience in an Operations and Crewing environment
- Knowledge of the Airport Coordination slot system and associated processes
- Knowledge of crew control and FTL
- Knowledge of crew fatigue and circadian rhythm patterns
- Understanding of crew training requirements
- Commercial knowledge (BACF operation and maintenance planning process)
- Experience handling crew union agreements, EU Ops and FTL Schemes
