**The Role**

In your new role you'll supervise and maintain the safe and efficient delivery of the crew roster and training plan in line with commercial & operational aims of the Company whilst conforming to Standard Operating procedures, statutory, and other regulatory requirements.

**Experience and Knowledge**
- Knowledge of crew control and EASA FTL
- Computer literate and demonstrated use of Crew Scheduling software
- Awareness of crew fatigue and Circadian Rhythm factors
- Knowledge of flight & cabin crew training requirements
- Sound commercial knowledge of the BACF operation
- Knowledge of AIMS Crew Management System
- Knowledge of Fatigue Risk Management System
- Proven experience in an airline Operations/Crewing
- Experience in handling the complexities of the operational environment, including crew union agreements, EU-Ops & FTL schemes
- Experience of making suggestions and implementing ways of improving efficiency and reducing costs
- Previous experience in Crew Training recovery/Crew Expiries.
- Knowledge of reservations system
