My client, a well regarded and established, creative event production agency, based in a beautiful village just outside Stourbridge are looking for an innovative and fun HR Officer to join there wonderful team on a part time basis. Priding themselves onflexibility and wellness, they work from home for 2 days per week and have "wellness Wednesdays" in the office. Understanding the importance of job satisfaction and balance, this company promotes from within and has an annual bonus This role will also bepart time, offering 3 days per week, with an opportunity to increase this to full time in the future.

Role Responsibilities:

- Supporting HR with recruitment, appraisals, policies / procedures, induction processes, new starters, probation
- POC for holiday requests, employee information, payroll

**Experience**:

- 2 years general HR experience
- Strong experience in employee relations, admin and being POC
- Must be able to work with own initiative
