Well-motivated, flexible person required for working on the company’s portfolio of properties mainly in and around the Stourbridge area, with occasional trips further afield.

Grounds maintenance will form the larger part of the role, however general maintenance skills would also be beneficial.

Main duties include maintenance of landscaped areas, both industrial and office space, litter picking, minor repairs, and taking meter readings.

This role is a permanent full-time position.

Hours: Monday to Friday (07:00 hrs - 16:30 hrs)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
