Graduate Compliance Analyst

Working as part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team, this is a newly created graduate opportunity for the business. The position will see the graduates working within the Risk and Compliance function for the newest business product & fastest growing clientgroup vertical. All training is provided but graduates must be driven to learn and build a career within financial compliance.
**The Role**:
- Review clients and conduct analysis across various business types to assess AML and fraud risk.
- Carrying out due diligence analysis on various client types within non-equivalent jurisdictions.
- Carrying out KYC investigations and escalations of Politically Exposed People, State Owned Entities, Adverse Media.
- Responsible for identifying suspicious activity and following process to report these where required.
- Master various compliance platforms, screening tools and systems to streamline department workflow.
- Support the Risk and Compliance function in the delivery of projects to enhance the performance of the function to ensure technical excellence and a practical approach to support the wider growth of the Business.
- Responding to queries from various business units promptly and efficiently.
- Work closely with the wider Team and Compliance Director to identify any major issues in relation to Compliance
**Requirements**:
- A university degree
- Good interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organisation
- Pro-active approach with a mindset of looking for constant improvement in all aspects of their work.
- An ambitious person eager to continually develop their skillset who will embrace the ongoing change within a fast paced, entrepreneurial high growth business.
