Managing, coaching, call monitoring and performance planning for a team of 15 agents. Using reports to drive performance and identify focus areas. Meeting and managing client expectations. Energising your team to achieve high levels of motivation. Providing ongoing training and coaching for the team. Upholding company standards and policies within your team.

Great working hours (no shifts) and salary £ competitive / dependent on experience plus good bonuses potential and great benefits.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
