Senior Clinical Lead
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered mental health clinician to form part of the senior leadership team in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) across Hull and the East Riding. This is a newly developed post, bringing with it the chance to shape the role and service delivery.
Working in close collaboration with the service manager for CAMHS, and the Divisional General Manager and Clinical Lead, the post holder will be responsible for providing clinical leadership across part of the CAMHS pathway, with a particular focus on quality, patient safety, and governance, to a range of specialist child and adolescent mental health services.
The post holder will support Core CAMHS, LAC, and both the community eating disorder service and the EDIT (Eating Disorder Intensive Treatment Services) across Hull and the East Riding. A central part of this role will be to further develop and strengthen clinical pathways within their portfolio, and across the wider mental health pathways, both in CAMHS and into adult mental health services. As such, the post holder will work closely with the leadership teams in our 0-19s services, Acute CAMHS, Early Intervention, and Neurodiversity services, as well as adult mental health services. The post holder will benefit from the support of a wide range of professionals, and will be expected to work with the wider MDTs to promote clinical effectiveness and efficient service delivery. Additionally, the post holder will work with our corporate teams, to promote patient safety and clinical governance.
