We have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Senior Communications & Engagement Officer to join our team on a fixed term contract until 31stMarch 2024.

This post may be extended or made permanent at the end of the fixed term/secondment period depending on available funding and business needs.

Can you deliver high-quality communications and engagement for a range of audiences, ensuring that key internal and external audiences understand our aims and vision?

Do you have experience of working in a varied communications environment using social media, web, video and other channels to share engaging content?

Can you plan and deliver tailored marketing campaigns that recognise and celebrate our achievements?

We have a fantastic communications and engagement opportunity to gain experience and knowledge of working in a national strategic organisation.

This is a creative and varied position enabling you to take full advantage of your current skills and develop new ones.

Working closely with colleagues in the Communications and Engagement Team, across HEIW and across NHS Wales, you will play a critical role in promoting the work of the organisation, marketing education, training and employment opportunities and facilitating consultation and engagement on a number of high profile national strategic programmes.

This post is fixed term/secondment for 9 months due to - meet the needs of the service

Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) is the strategic workforce body for NHS Wales with statutory functions that include education and training, workforce planning, workforce development and transformation, leadership and succession planning, and careers.
