Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust has a number of Trust Fellow posts to support education and quality improvement within Acute Medicine, General Surgery and Emergency Medicine, with impact also across the wider Trust.
These fixed-term, 50% clinical and 50% non-clinical Trust Fellow posts have the option of a funded postgraduate certificate in education, simulation, leadership and management or similar (maximum £3500 course fees funded per enrolee), the opportunity to attain a 'Improvements Fundamentals' qualification and access to a funded e-portfolio.
Post holders will also be allocated a Clinical and Educational Supervisor in their clinical posts with regular meetings and a mentor who will support their non-clinical fellowship.
