We are working with our client to find a highly-organised and proactive Personal Assistant.
Previous experience within a similar and fast paced PA position would be essential.
Who will you be working for?
Our client is a London based not for profit membership organisation for healthcare professionals; they are innovative and leaders in the sectors best practice. They have several locations throughout the UK.
What will you be doing?
As PA you will support x3 individuals at the executive level.
Responsibilities include:

- Provision of a comprehensive, efficient PA service.
- Proactive management of varied business activities, including complex coordination of diaries, travel arrangements and meeting preparation.
- Independently managing assigned projects.
- Meeting support including managing contact lists, drafting agendas, taking minutes and monitoring actions across a wide range of meetings.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably expected, and which are commensurate with the level of the post.
You will need:

- Experienced PA with outstanding planning and organisational expertise able to manage complex and varied portfolios.
- Great interpersonal skills, experienced in working with people from diverse groups.
- Equally comfortable working as part of a team and independently.
- Ability to work flexibly, rapidly and independently.
- Experience within NHS or similar - highly desired.
- Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, able to work under pressure effectively and work.
- Good communication skills.
How to apply?
The PA position is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity located in Central London.
The salary is between £31,409 - £33,500 (salary is dependent on experience). The working hours are 35 hours per week Mon-Fri. Our Client offers a hyrbid working model.
