**Duties**:

- The post holder will be the pivotal point of contact for these provisions and will be responsible for bringing all invested parties together to ensure the programmes are a success.
- Our Coordinator will be passionate about learner development and progression and will participate in Community and Traineeship provision set up and progression events as well as a key link for our employers.
- To have overall responsibility for admissions, enrolment, retention, progression and induction processes and procedures.
- To develop in liaison with the Adult and Community Manager, a coherent adult and community learning curriculum Co funded and funded offer which widens participation and meets the needs of the College’s community.

**Skills/experience**:

- Experience of leading a team delivering a responsive and broad curriculum.
- Experience of developing and maintaining quality control processes within a curriculum delivery environment.
- Ability to develop a new and innovative curriculum offer which responds to community and customer needs.
- Experience of developing strong networks within the community, with external organisations and with partner organisations which support the growth of adult and community learning.
- Good standard of computer literacy and have knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to include; communication, adaptability and flexibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent.
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Level 3 qualification in Management or Team Leading desirable.
- Relevant degree and/or appropriate qualifications desirable.
