Admin / Operations Assistant

**Job description**
Newpin are a nationwide cleaning contractor covering retail specific cleaning throughout the UK. Due to the rapid growth of our business, we are now looking for an Admin / Operations assistant to work alongside our Head of Operations.
**Duties will include**
- Managing a caseload of cleaning operatives, providing general support when required
- Placing job adverts and hiring cleaning operatives
- Updating spreadsheets
- Communicating with clients
- Have great organisational and communication skills
- Work well under pressure
- Be reliable and trustworthy
- Good telephone manner
- Some previous experience in an administrative role
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
