System Support and Insights Lead

£50,000 plus car allowance and bonus scheme

West Midlands based - Remote and hybrid working available

Key responsibilities of a System Support and Insights Lead:

- Producing management information and reporting on payroll department and data.
- Providing support to new payroll software including training and documentation.
- Act as a system champion and promote continuous improvement.
- Report and present to stakeholders on changes and improvements to the system that are available to the division.
- Communicate with teams and provide support when required.
- Collating reports and management information for meetings and audits.
- Utilise system tools and external resources to report on SLAs, KPIs, and service agreements.
- Investigate and research the latest updates and improvements to payroll software systems.

Requirements to be successful as a System Support and Insights Lead:

- Understanding of payroll or finance department requirements and processes.
- Proven reporting and data analysis experience.
- Strong problem solver and able to think intuitively.
- Clear and confident communicator.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads.
- Familiar with presenting to management teams and stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role involving time working from the office as well as the option to work from home.
