Our project team is looking for the talent with the following requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a full spectrum of HR support for business operations in Latin America
- Support the delivery of day-to-day HR processes on the local market, including recruitment, payroll, localization of company policies and maintenance of employee database, etc.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with statutory requirements and enhance operational efficiency & effectiveness
- Handle ad hoc duties as required

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree holder in HR, Business Administration or related discipline
- Experiences in a HR generalist role in a similar environment in Latin America
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and independently
- Self-motivated, aggressive and possession of problem solving ability
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin and definite advantage if able to communicate in Spanish
- *Frequent travelling is require

- 能书写及操流利英语和普通话，如能用西班牙语交流将是一大优势。
- 需要频繁出差
