Overview:
Viewed as a highly responsible and detailed position within the service division, this position has the responsibility for receiving, recording, and relaying information and work orders to appropriate service teams. Under limited supervision, this position performs a variety of tasks involving departmental invoicing, quoting, and inventory tracking.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide financial administrative and clerical services
- Process daily work orders for the Field Service Department, including billing expense factors such as labor, travel time, air travel, labor hours, hotel, mileage and system parts used.
- Approve expense reports.
- Resolve customer issues, interface with internal departments to ensure all customer expectations are met.
- Verify monthly Service Reports to ensure that all billable information is included.
- Prepare and provide reports as required.
- Assist other department members as needed.
- Extensive interaction with other departments within the company to ensure that our commitments to our customers are met.
- Review and code orders correctly to ensure accurate management reports.
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information

- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in customer service coordination or related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time
- Knowledge of Service Management Systems preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic finance skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to make decisions and work independently
