Apprentice Customer Services Administrator

Blatchford Clinic is a private prosthetic and orthotic clinical service provider. The majority of our clients have undergone complex trauma resulting in life changing injuries. We aim to provide a high level of service combined with the most advanced devices to restore our clients, as far as possible, to their pre-injury level of mobility. Working closely with legal professionals, case managers and insurers we provide expert witness services, initial needs assessments and bespoke treatment packages.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Customer Services Administrator to support our private prosthetic and orthotic clinics. This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn in a supportive and exciting environment.

As Customer Services Administrator, you’ll support our UK and international Private Patient Accounts to deliver an excellent service level, ensuring that we maintain customer and client satisfaction at all times.

Main responsibilities of the role are to
- Ensure the Private Patient Reception area and telephone line is manned appropriately
- Make client appointments
- Progress customer quotations in a timely manner ensuring prescription and cost details are accurate
- Process and progress customer orders to ensure delivery targets are achieved
- Process payments and create sales invoices
- Arrange transportation and produce documentation for export shipments
- Coordinate our expert witness work liaising with both solicitors and our expert witness team to ensure that essential documentation is received and despatched in an accurate and timely manner
- Liaise and co-ordinate with appropriate supplier to cater for international patient requirements during their stay in the UK
- Opening and closing clinics when required

**To succeed in this role, you’ll**:

- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Be competent in the use of IT, especially Microsoft Office packages
- Be highly organised with good time management skills.
- Be flexible in your approach
- Be aware of the need for patient confidentiality.
