**About the Role**:

- 24/7 Support: Work in a 24-hour, 7-day service, supporting individuals' independence and overall well-being.
- Multi-Disciplinary Team: Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Physical and Emotional Support: Offer guidance, encouragement, and assistance to individuals in their day-to-day lives, catering to their specific needs.
- Medical and Welfare Support: Assist with medical and welfare needs, reporting any concerns as required.
- Community Engagement: Accompany individuals to local events, parks, restaurants, and activities to promote community integration.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate resident records to monitor health and progress.

Please note: Successful applicants will be required to undergo a PVG.

Contract length: 60 months
Part-time hours: 39 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
