About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs, substance misuse, and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide practical support and encouragement to individuals in all aspects of their daily lives, including personal care, medication management, and emotional support.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, mobility, and budgeting.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
