Based in Farnborough in a purpose-built unit, we are the UK’s leading supplier of Defibrillators and Resuscitation Training Equipment. Much of the equipment is shipped to us from South Korea and is distributed by us to Europe. We also design, manufacture, and supply the most popular outdoor defibrillator cabinet in the UK.

The Role

Provide front of house administrational support, along with maintaining, managing, and handling all internal sales received within the Company and ensuring all leads, sales and enquires are followed up. Support all field sales representatives within the Company as required and report to relevant Managers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as front of house for incoming telephone calls, sales or customer enquiries, ensuring they are dealt with efficiently to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Liaison with field-based sales team and update them with new and potential sales.
- Providing office and sales assistance to company’s distribution networks when needed.
- Organising and managing campaign kits internally and with the Territory Managers.
- Resolve administrative problems and enquiries from customers, suppliers and internal customers as required.
- Prepare, schedule, and organise sales orders and deliveries in liaison with the warehouse.
- Assisting accounts with taking payments for Pro Forma Invoices and 30-Day Invoices (Customer Deposits only)
- Troubleshooting product technical issues and referring to departments if further investigation is required
- Case Management
- Returns - courier collection arrangements/liaising with Accounts
- Any other duties deemed necessary to cover workload as required.

Education

- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
