We are looking for an experienced and reliable Payroll Administrator to join our HR team. In this role you will have primary responsibility to ensure accurate data entry and timely administration of the Firm’s monthly payroll and employee benefits using the appropriate systems and procedures.

You will be expected to lead on the accurate and timely delivery of the monthly employee payroll, ensuring statutory reporting requirements are met and look after all payroll processes including tax, NI and statutory elements using the Cascade Payroll system.

**Skills and Experience**
- Working knowledge of key payroll calculations and processes for tax, NI and statutory elements
- Experienced in payroll end to end statutory processes, including RTI, FPS, EPS, Pension auto-enrolment, apprenticeship levy
- Experience with reconciliation of reports, liaison with external regulatory bodies such as The Pensions Regulator and HMRC
- Experience of administering salary exchange within statutory parameters
- Strong organisational skills and logic
- Cascade HR and payroll experience is strongly preferred
