**Main Duties**
- Provide administrative support to the Training Leader and Assembly Training Team.
- Maintain the training system in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Manage the business training systems to ensure compliance and continually be audit ready.
- Working closely with the training team across all shifts to ensure all training tasks are completed within the required time frame.
- Communicate with the training team across the shift patterns any updates or feedback provided
- Preparing training metrics and KPI’s as required by the Training Leader or Shift Leaders
- Support local induction processes and prepare training materials.
- To develop and maintain the training packs and materials used to aid the training team
- Producing employee training reports to ensure the business is audit ready.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Understanding and experience of QMS
- Understanding of manufacturing Training requirements
- A high standard of written and spoken English.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to convey information accurately and consistently.
- Excellent organisational skills
