**About The Role**

**Duties and Responsibilities of the Role**:

- Reporting to the Accommodation Supervisor, the Accommodation Assistant will execute housekeeping duties for the hotel including preparing rooms for guests and ensuring public areas are maintained to the highest standard.
- Clean & prepare guest bedrooms and public areas to the required standard.
- Adhere to high service standards at all times.
- Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere within the Hotel.
- Highlight any items or areas that need maintenance.
- Be open for work in other departments if required.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Experience in housekeeping or professional cleaning is desired but not essential.
- Must be available to work morning shifts from 8 am onwards.
- Customer service focused.
- Friendly, positive attitude.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills
- Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times and ensuring that any guest complaints and comments are reported to management
