**The Role: Central Secretariat Administrator**

The Central Secretariat Administrator reports to the Head of Central Secretariat and holds a key role in a team of governance professionals responsible for providing effective, efficient and proactive governance services to the University.

The Central Secretariat is a busy office, and relies on professional administrative support to ensure that the University maintains its high standards of governance and conducts its affairs in a manner appropriate for the proper conduct of public business. We are looking for someone who can stay organised in a busy office, who has an eye for detail and good written and oral communications skills.

**Further information**

The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings.

Preferential consideration will be given to the University redeployment pool.
