Salary - £11.00 per hour

Hours - 15 per week over three days

Location - Kensington

Start - Immediate

Type of role - Maternity cover six months (possibly longer)

We are seeking an articulate person who will work over three days within a Private Physio Clinic in Kensington covering maternity leave initially who will also be flexible and cover reception, administration and invoicing and who can start straight away.

Main duties / requirements:
Issue invoices to patients and health insurance companies.
Allocate payments from patients and health insurance companies.
Chase outstanding payments - you MUST have experience of debt collection.
Producing reports on a monthly basis - knowledge of Excel required.
Professional telephone manner.
Fluent written and spoken English.
The Clinic has a book-keeper, so knowledge of Sage/Xero/accounting software is not required.
The role involves a few hours a week of evening reception cover - booking/amending appointments using diary software, taking payments, restocking treatment rooms.
Opportunity for additional ad-hoc reception hours to assist with holiday/sickness cover.
Evening reception cover is required on either a Tuesday or Wednesday evening (until 8pm). Hours can be a full day or split across two shorter shifts.
