As we diversify our face to face service in Thurrock with delivery from key locations across the Borough we are seeking to recruit a Thurrock Outreach Coordinator. Operating from 2 Libraries, one in Purfleet Community Hub and another in Corringham, we will operate both Libraries under the Thurrock Council Self Service model. Residents will have access to Citizens Advice assessment and advice service and a range of self service Library services. You will coordinate the Self Service Library service and support our team to deliver Citizens Advice services. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to extend their existing skills or develop new, enhancing your career in a highly rewarding role. We want people who are passionate about giving Thurrock residents a high quality Citizens Advice and Library service. You will be a highly motivated and strong team player with excellent customer service skills. Previous experience of delivering Citizens Advice service at advice level or a similar level of competency is desirable, but training can be provided.
