**Proactive Workforce Solutions** are currently recruiting **Patient Services Coordinators** to work with one of our clients based in Harlow, all these roles are on a 12 week temp to perm basis.

**Job Purpose**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Proactively communicate with patients to arrange deliveries and manage patients held stock
- Proactively communicate with referring customers to give feedback to customers' specification and communicate issues with deliveries, patients stock or patient well being
- Receiving prescriptions and processing them in accordance with work instructions
- Producing paperwork (delivery notes, collection notes etc.) to ensure that deliveries and collections are performed correctly
- Processing all paperwork is filed correctly according to work instructions

**Qualifications, Training & Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 GCSE's or equivalent to grade C or above (must include English and Maths)
- Evidence of continuing development
- IT literate with experience using MS Word and Excel
- Experience of working in a healthcare environment would be desirable but not essential
- Customer Service experience

**Working hours options**:

- 8am-4pm
- 9am-5pm

**There will be a 3 week induction/training and this will involve working Monday to Friday 10am-5pm**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
