**Work type**: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
We have an exciting opportunity for two Leadership & Performance Coaches to join the Organisational Effectiveness team at Yorkshire Water, helping us grow and continually enhance the capability and confidence of existing and future leaders, at all levels. **Could this be you?**

Working within the People directorate, you’ll be part of a creative, and flexible team where everyone plays their equal part in enabling our people to be at their best.
You’ll do this through the design, development, and delivery of a range of leadership and behavioural development activities, facilitating knowledge, inspiring learning, shifting behaviour, and influencing mindsets.
Working with Leaders and their teams, you will:
- Use your Learning and Development skillset to design and deliver learning pathways to meet the needs of the organisation and learners at all levels.
- Use your Learning, Coaching and Mentoring skills to equip, challenge and support them to use Organisational Effectiveness tools and approaches to drive engagement and performance.
- Equip leaders to coach, mentor and develop their own teams, creating a sustainable mechanism for change and improvement.
- Act as a change agent, accelerating both leader and team progress to take on strategic priorities, and embrace new ways of working.
- Research, recommend, design and deliver learning and coaching solutions with measurable impact on leadership capability and team environment.
- Utilise a blended model of learning solutions such as face-to-face and virtual facilitated learning, as well as self-directed learning content.
- Deliver group and 121 coaching with Leaders.
- Draw on YW best practice to guide and evaluate learning using skills mapping, YW strategy and our behaviours.
**Skills, experience and qualifications you will need**:
- Qualified in coaching at Level 5 or above with proven experience of delivering leadership; behaviour; and performance-enhancing coaching, learning and development activities.
- Experience of working with people at all levels (individual contributor through to c-suite), with proven ability to adapt your style accordingly, both in design and dynamically in delivery.
- Experience of working within a blended learning framework and cohort-based learning programmes.
- Application of contemporary learning approaches; experiential, digital and immersive.
- Extensive experience of integrating behavioural tools (psychometrics, 360 feedback, team dynamics etc.) within learning and coaching.
- Be a confident user of modern business technology and communication channels (e.g., MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Teams, Whiteboard).
- Strong and engaging verbal communication skills to inspire, encourage and challenge learners to grow their capability.
- Demonstrable evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD) and keeping pace with latest thinking in the space of leadership and behavioural learning and development, including coaching.
- Work well independently and as part of a team.
- Have excellent stakeholder engagement and partnering skills.
- Be able to source and manage external learning solutions, providers, and partners.
