Actively collaborating with colleagues from across the organisation our observability solutions provide monitoring, notification channels, dashboards, reporting, tracing and trending across service delivery channels, translating technical information into meaningful business and customer insight.

- Supporting and enabling the Dynatrace platform to deliver end-to-end visibility.
- Establishing procedures, best practices and guard-rails that enable colleagues to self-serve whilst providing necessary controls.
- Demonstrating a pro-active, flexible approach to all aspects of work and able to rapidly absorb and share technical information.
- Ensuring high levels of observability are implemented and maintained in accordance with defined standards and within appropriate governance.
- Bringing a passion for observability and innovation that focuses on solutions not problems to drive continual improvement of service delivery and operational efficiency.

**What you’ll bring.**
- Demonstrable, deep and certified knowledge of Dynatrace observability platform
- AWS Certification(s) and solid knowledge of Windows, Unix and Linux OS
- Exposure to REST APIs, Webhooks and developing monitoring as code
- Ability to understand complex infrastructures and interpret observability requirements
- Effective communication skills, including high quality written procedures, roadmaps, diagrams

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Experience with containers (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker, ECS)
- Experience with CI/CD and automation tools (e.g. Jenkins, Ansible, **GitHub **workflow, Terraform, Rundeck)
- Experience of developing code using Python, Perl, PHP or JavaScript
- Experience of automated notification platforms (e.g. PagerDuty)

This role is based in Milton Keynes and you will be expected to spend 40% of your time in this office working Monday to Friday 9-5 (flexible within core hours) with on call requirements.

- Competitive salary
- Eligible for a discretionary performance-related annual bonus
