**You will**:

- Have excellent customer service skills, maintaining a polite and professional manner at all times.
- Have the ability to communicate sometimes complex matters in a way that is easily understood, both verbally & written & electronic means.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Interrogate and maintain a range of information systems and databases, completing enquiries as appropriate and in line with service user guidelines and procedures.
- Be competent in a wide range of IT packages relating to the area of work, including management information
- Interpret licensing legislation & policy in a fair & proportionate manner
