As the OneFCC Transaction Monitoring Product Owner, you will work alongside colleagues and teams across the Financial Crime Centre of Excellence and Santander UK (Business Units, Line 2 FC, Technology and Operations) in particular the Transaction Monitoring Product owner.

A key member of the FC CoE management team, the role holder is responsible for maintaining and managing a 4E (Efficient, Economic, Effective and Ethical) Name & Transaction Monitoring (Customer/Employee/Third Parties & Payments/Trade Finance) Products on behalf RFB’s Business Units (BUs - Retail/Private Bank, Consumer Finance, Corporate & Commercial Banking and Cater Allen).

**The difference you’ll make.**
- Managing and responsible the OneFCC Global Transaction Monitoring models across the ring-fenced bank and acting as Transaction Monitoring lead on the OneFCC programme.
- Responsible for the execution of Transaction Monitoring in accordance with regulation, policy/standards and methodology incl. Transaction Monitoring models, calibration and all related procedural documentation
- Managing the ongoing sustainable compliance and delivery of benefits with ongoing management and MI to determine how well Transaction Monitoring product is working
- Managing end-to-end delivery of improvements (including business requirements, IT readiness (data, design, build, test), operational readiness, implementation of the outcomes for Transaction Monitoring, in line with policy, standards and regulations and to FCA expectations (including MDAT requirements).
- Managing and directing a high performing team, to include the matrix management of FC CoE Change representatives to ensure delivery of BAU and change activities (BAU and FCTP change) in time, to scope, to the quality required and in budget.

**What you’ll bring.**
- Extensive experience in implementation of Transaction Monitoring E2E solutions (including data ingestion / profiling, engine configuration, alert configuration, automated alert triage, case management and work force management)
- Specific knowledge of Correspondent Banking, Trade Finance, complex Corporate Structures, and Investment Banking.

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
- An effective working knowledge of the UK’s legislative and regulatory framework for FC (Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions and Anti-Bribery and Corruption) and how that impacts the Transaction Monitoring environment.
- Proven people management skills and strong stakeholder management experience.

**What else you need to know.**

This is a fixed term contract role which can be based in Milton Keynes, Glasgow, Bradford or Sheffield.
