**Nixon McQuade **is delighted to be working with a well-renowned company based in Armagh to find a talented **Senior Credit Controller** to join their finance team.

As a Senior Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the credit control function, ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices and minimising bad debt.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the company's credit control processes, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all relevant information is up to date.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers to resolve outstanding debts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any credit-related issues.
- Prepare regular reports on aged debtors, cash flow, and credit control performance.
- Provide guidance and support to junior members of the credit control team.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of credit control principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
