Are you ready to redefine policy perfection and shape the future of Reinsurance?

As a Reinsurance Wordings Specialist you will play a pivotal role in shaping and ensuring the clarity and precision of our client’s policy wordings. You will contribute to contract certainty requirements for our across all lines of business. In addition, you will actively participate in the development and advice of new products and wordings, mentor and develop junior team members, and support colleagues across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft and review policy wordings, ensuring they accurately express the coverage granted/agreed upon.
- Ensure policy forms and clauses are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure policy forms and clauses align with internal requirements and guidelines.
- Develop and brand new policy wordings and clauses.
- Provide guidance and advice to colleagues and clients regarding policy wordings.
- Resolve contract-related queries from brokers & clients
- Develop, manage, and maintain the Wordings and Clause library.
- Offer support and guidance as needed to overseas offices.
- Conduct regular Contract Certainty checks across all classes to ensure compliance with market standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Demonstrable experience working within the Lloyd's Market
- A thorough understanding of policy wordings.
- The ability to draft policy wordings and clauses.
- Strong relationship-building skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and interpretive skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work both collaboratively within a team and autonomously.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize conflicting demands.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
