**Your tasks**:

- Report to the Quality Director
- Maintain and update Quality Systems, Continuous Improvement and Standardisation.
- Deployment of company policies, procedures and methods into operational standards.
- Co-ordination of all Internal / External Auditing activities including organising and Facilitating Management Review Process
- Ensure that customer requirements are met. Regularly review and report on customer scorecards and portals and co-ordinate actions when required
- Co-ordination, assurance of accuracy and communication of Quality Reporting
- Facilitate Problem solving team reviews with plant and central functions
- Co-ordinate the problem management process within the manufacturing teams to ensure that company systems are used and maintained
- Mentoring of quality engineers to support their achievement of targets & activities
- Management of supplier quality engineers and related processes including KPI monitoring and appropriate escalation activities
- Complies with all company policies, procedures and guidelines including company strategy, health & safety, environment, quality, discipline, grievance and equal opportunities

**Your Profile**:

- 3-5 years in manufacturing or quality control
- Proven leadership and team building skills
- Degree standard in Quality, Reliability, Management or Engineering discipline
- Good communication / inter-personal skills
- Good problem solving skills including use of tools and statistical analysis
- Knowledge of AIAG core tools and IATF standards
- Project management and implementation of new products
- SAP experience advantageous, IT literate, Production failure management, IATF standards
