**Key Responsibilities**:
Provides administrative support to the Office & Field teams by undertaking clerical tasks outlined below in the duties. To follow CCS Limited procedures and policies, and maintain well established good relations with our staff, customers and suppliers. To be well organized, know how to prioritise tasks and work alone as well as part of a team.

**Key Duties**:

- Provide front line support to the Operations teams looking after field engineers schedule.
- First line contact to all operations teams over absence, holiday and downtime for engineers.
- Provide accurate reporting for the Operations & Account Managers.
- Liaise with engineers to chase job updates, parts invoicing etc.
- Review and feedback on compliance for contracts to field & office teams.
- Provide support to engineers on PDA issues and quick fixes.
- Liaise with multiple departments across the business and provide feedback as and where required.
- Liaise with Account Managers to support with clerical requirements.
- Work through internal systems looking through engineer route planning.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Reporting skills, administrative writing skills, Microsoft Office skills, following processes, organisation, analysing information, professionalism, problem solving and verbal communication.
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Confident talking to all levels of the business.
- Astute reporting.

**Experience Required**:

- Desirable Qualification in Administration or Equivalent Experience
