**Job Description**:
Alexander McQueen are currently seeking a People Advisor who will work closely with our Corporate HQ population and the wider HR team to provide effective, timely and professional HR services to key stakeholders and employees across the business.

Your opportunity?

Working in a small HR team & reporting into the UK Corporarte HR Director, you will act as the first point of contact for employees based at our Central London HQ. This role will have the full scope to support end to end with the Alexander McQueen employee life cycle.

How you will contribute?- Build and sustain strong relationships with the corporate population.- Ensuring and overseeing all new joiners and leavers documentation is received and in line with current legislation, including right to work.- Partnering with corporate managers to ensure their team members are successfully onboarded, including ensuring probational objectives are set and regularly reviewed, inductions are set up and all employees are set up for success.- Partnering with the wider HR team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering local projects to your specific population.- Be the first point of contact for HR queries and ER.- You will assist or manage Employee Relations, escalating where necessary and directing as appropriate to the relevant teams.- You will be responsible for a wide range of people related matters, ensuring policies & procedures are adhered to throughout. This includes contracts, terms and conditions, discrimination, maternity / paternity, dismissal processes, grievances, salary reviews etc.- Work in partnership with the HR Shared Service to ensure a seamless payroll process, overseeing Overtime and Casual Workers in addition to monthly PAYE.- Running ad hoc management trainings throughout the year in line with the HR strategy.

Who you are?- CIPD qualified or equivalent- Prior experience within a HR role is essential- Previous experience with Workday is desirable.- Strong Excel skills.- Ability to work well within a team environment.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritise- Strong attention to detail.- Self-Motivated to develop.
