Job Family Description -Retail Merchandising:
Develops plans for product ranges and master orders. Organises the buying process to optimise the balance between product range and stock across regions and channels.

**Job Description**:
Alexander McQueen is currently seeking a Commercial Insights, Graduate Trainee to support the WW Commercial Insights Manager in our Central London offices.

How you will contribute?- Supporting analysis and reporting across Retail & Wholesale Channels- Ad hoc analyses, trends and forecasting, perform benchmarking and analyse performance versus target- Use data to develop insights and identify opportunities for performance improvement- Support and assist Commercial Insights Manager on ad hoc strategic projects- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across to share information and align on strategies- Responsible to manage data inputs and ensure validity of automated data for commercial reporting- Work with the wider team to utilise and drive new measurement framework- Examples of questions you would help to tackle:

- How would you increase in-store conversion to sales?
- What has been the driver of a given country/store positive or negative performance?
- How has wholesale client performance evolved?

Who you are?- You will have advanced knowledge and skill within Microsoft Excel- University degree in a related field (Business, Economics, Computer Science etc.) highly advantageous, but not essential- Experience with Powerbi advantageous, but not essential- You will have strong research, data and analytical skills- You will have strong attention to detail and the capacity to thrive under pressure;- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
