- **The Folkestone office is an independently owned franchise branch forming part of the LSL group.**:

- **Centrally located office within easy walking distance to bus station and Folkestone Central train station**:

- **On street parking is available in and around the office.**:

- **Prominent ground floor office in busy retail shopping area**:

- **A busy office in a customer facing open plan office working with a friendly team**.

**The Position**

**Responsibilities include**:

- **To liaise with our vendors and applicants**:

- **Generate, book and carry out property viewings**:

**Desired qualifications**
- **Full driving license essential**:

- Apprentices are required to have GCSE grades A*-C/9-4 in maths & English

**Training to be provided**
- **On the job training along with the Level 2 Junior Estate Agency Apprenticeship**

**This Apprenticeship will involve**:

- Off the job training
- You will also develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours
- You need to have an employer to support your Apprenticeship and be employed in a relevant job role
- The typical length of this Apprenticeship course is 12 months
- This course has multiple start dates throughout the year
