Led by Sir Roger De Haan, former Chair of Saga Group, the company has a board of directors with expertise in housing, property, building, and public sectors. They have experience in managing major development schemes, property sales and marketing, and planning strategy and regeneration policy.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant at Folkestone Harbour and Seafront Development Company. The sales consultant will be responsible for driving sales in the sales and marketing suite and providing excellent customer service.QualificationsSales Consulting and Consulting skillsExcellent communication skillsCustomer satisfaction and customer service skillsExperience in the real estate or construction industry is a plusStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsAbility to work well in a team and independently
