Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
We are looking to recruit an Account Handler for our growing team based out of our Brierley Hill Office. In this role you will be helping a variety of small to medium size businesses find insurance policies that meet their needs. As an Account Handler you will be responsible for portfolio management, renewals, and handling client queries. You might need to balance multiple tasks at the same time, utilise a range of systems and will work in a dynamic, friendly, agile team.

Qualifications:

- Requires experience as an Account Handler in the Commercial Insurance Sector
- Cert CII qualified, having worked to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieved SLA’s.
- Worked in teams servicing both clients and colleagues; with excellent customer service skills and the ability to negotiate hard.
- Evidence your strong rapport-building skills and excellent communication skills.
- Risk aware with strong planning and analytical skills
- With attention to detail and dedicated customer service focus, you’re a true asset to the team.
- Eligible to work in the UK

**Things you need to know**:

- These are permanent roles
- We are based in Brierley Hill with thousands of free parking spaces for easy access.
- Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9 - 5
- We have a 6-month ongoing structured training programme and a dedicated training team to ensure you have all the support you need to be successful
