**Office/Warehouse Administrator**

E&O Laboratories Ltd is a leading manufacturing company based in Central Scotland manufacturing microbiological culture media, we are currently seeking to recruit for the position of Office/Warehouse Administrator at our Westfield site in Cumbernauld with an immediate start.

**Job Opportunity**:
We are looking to recruit an up-beat, positive, motivated individual to undertake our Office/Warehouse Administrator role based within our warehouse department in Cumbernauld.

This role involves reconciling and allocation of products to all sales orders via our ERP system Epicor. You will provide support to the warehouse team to ensure an efficient despatch operation whilst achieving operational output.

You will be liaising directly with the warehouse supervisor in relation to external freight carriers and couriers to ensure that all shipments as per the daily shipping schedule are processed and despatched in a timely manner.

You will work closely with the order processing, scheduling, and warehouse teams to ensure products are released and despatched to ensure customer satisfaction.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication, telephone and administration skills. Previous experience working within an office environment, working in a similar role would be preferable. You must be good with numbers, be able to follow work instructions, be highly organised with the ability to work on your own initiative and work as part of a busy despatch team.

In addition to this you should have the ability to learn quickly, multi-task, whilst being articulate, as well as having good communication & computer skills. You should also have great social skills and a high level of attention to detail, as this is essential due to the nature of the role.

**Shift Pattern/Hours of work**:
Normal hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.00 to 16.30, however some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the role.

**Salary**:
£21,673.60 to £24,748.67 per year depending on experience.
