Senior Consultant Support

The Senior Consultant Support will organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures, working directly with the Facilities & Operational Manager. The employee will priorities high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety, and will be responsible for assigning and quality checking work distributed to the Consultant Support Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Facilities & Operational Manager with the general supplier, equipment needs, office policies
- Assisting the Facilities & Operational Manager with managing office and reception related policies, including receptionist handbook, call and post logs and delivery records
- Managing reception staff activities
- Assisting the Facilities & Operational Manager with all outgoing invoices / bills of the office
- Managing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
- Assisting the Facilities & Operational Manager with Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
- Partnering with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Assisting the Facilities & Operational Manager with the Facilities and organizing office operations and procedures
- Coordinating with various departments on all office equipment
- Assisting the Facilities & Operational Manager with Vendor management for general office needs
- Ensuring all inbound enquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally
- Managing & distributing work to the Consultant Support
- Working with the Facilities & Operational Manager, CoE and Consultant Support team to ensure processes between the CoE and NCE teams remain in line with
- Quality checking work undertaken by the Consultant Support Team
- Contacting customers in a professional and accurate manner
- Liaising & reporting to the Facilities & Operations Manager, along with Senior Management
- Attending meetings where required
- Managing & organizing key business events
- Managing & organizing social events
- General ad hoc office duties
- Providing support & cover to the Facilities & Operations Manager when they are on annual leave or away from the office
- Undertaking all other reasonable duties as requested by the Facilities & Operations Manager and/or other Management.
