We are excited to introduce a new opportunity for the position of Client Services Specialist.

This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work in a hybrid capacity, from one of our UK office locations, including London, Warrington, Coventry, or Bournemouth.

**Your role as a Client Services Specialist**

The Client Service Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations and support of EOR (Employer of Record) workers across EMEA with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience. Your primary responsibilities include:

- Be the first point of contact for clients, helping with their initial needs and directing other enquiries to the right team members.
- Talk to clients to fully grasp what they need now and in the future.
- Stay in touch with clients regularly to build and maintain good relationships.
- Keep an eye on client satisfaction and share feedback with the relevant teams to make things better.
- You will be responsible for creating price quotes and engaging in negotiations with clients. This will involve close collaboration with our contracts team.

**What are the qualities that can help you thrive as a Client Services Specialist?**
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
- Comfortable with meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets.
- Proven experience in meeting deadlines and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Dynamics software is a valuable advantage, but not essential.

- Salary from £24,000, depending on experience
