We are currently looking for a business development advisor to join our new lead generation team. This role will focus around contacting customers to introduce the services that we are offering and advising them of what finance packages we have available to meet their needs.

**Responsibilities include**:

- **Working to hit individual and team targets**:

- **Building relationships with our subcontractors**:

- **Processing Finance viability checks and discussing financial options and terms**:

- **Monitoring lead journey**:

- **Supporting with any other duties required with expansion of the department**

**Ideal attributes**:

- **Sales/contact centre background**:

- **Confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills**:

- **Ability to learn new skills**:

- **Sufficient in IT systems such as Microsoft Office**:

- **Able to work both independently and as part of a team**

**Salary: £21,000 per annum with OTE of up to £4000 per annum**

**Location: Brenda Road, Hartlepool, TS25 2BU**
