The Role: Technical Application Services Analyst

**Responsibilities**:

- As a Technical Application Services Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

- Proactively maintaining a high level of service and communication across all activities.
- Providing exceptional stakeholder management, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Taking ownership of escalations and ensuring their resolution.
- Supporting continuous service improvement initiatives and driving efficiency enhancements.
- Assisting project teams and facilitating business change delivery when required.
- Facilitating the integration of acquisitions and migration to strategic platforms.
- Coordinating and overseeing system decommissioning efforts.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in stakeholder management.
- Familiarity and competency in using MS Office.
- Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS (or comparable alternative).
- Meeting the following desirable requirements will be advantageous:

- Experience working within an insurance-based role, such as a broker role.
- Previous helpdesk or customer service experience.
- Understanding of the insurance industry and its terminology.
